Recently, AcadxArcade Machine Manufacturer Intelligent Technology organized an outdoor camping team building activity for all staff. The activity aims to enrich employees’ cultural life, relieve work pressure and improve communication and cooperation among different departments.
The administrative team made full preparations in advance, including site selection, material arrangement and safety plans. When arriving at the campsite, colleagues worked together to set up tents and canopies, prepare food and arrange the activity area.
A variety of activities were arranged, such as frisbee games, barbecue and free chatting. Away from the busy office, employees relaxed themselves in nature. They shared ideas and daily stories in a casual atmosphere, breaking down communication barriers between teams.
